Stephanie Whiting’s journey in the mortgage industry is a powerful testament to her unwavering dedication and passion. Since 2003, she has poured her heart into every role—from wholesale to retail lending—navigating the complexities of processing, underwriting, in closing as a document preparer, and serving as a funding assistant, and ultimately becoming a trusted loan officer. Her experience spans varied types of institutions like Central Pacific Mortgage, Chase Subprime, SCME Mortgage Bankers, Bank of America, and Stearns Lending, where she mastered the art of jumbo and conforming loans. But it was her own personal story—purchasing her first home in 2015 with down payment assistance—that ignited a burning desire within her to help others achieve the same triumphant moment. Her mission is fueled by a deep empathy for first-time buyers and VA clients, inspiring her to be a beacon of hope and possibility.
